It’s a privilege to dream. And it’s an even greater joy to see a dream fulfilled. Certainly my own marriage to my knight in shining armor 26 years ago was one of my first dreams come true. Today we are living out another dream as the new owners of Dream Field Farms. Following 20 years of military service, this has been our first opportunity to settle into a new rhythm. As venue owners, we are privileged to plan and execute the “Big Day” for our guests. This farm and the 94 acres that it sits on are a thin place—a place where heaven and earth are just thinly separated. And it is a joy to share this thin place as you make lifelong memories here on our farm. Our laid back approach to life translates into a relaxed atmosphere that you and your guests are sure to enjoy. We love celebrating life and want your celebration to be everything you want it to be. We put your needs first when designing the venue and provide plenty of creature comforts to make sure you have everything you need. Hospitality is our gifting and what better time to demonstrate full orbed hospitality than on your wedding day. This philosophy is more important on your dream day than any other day of your life. Dream Field Farms and Events was started in 2008 by Cathy and Tom Ellis. Originally, it was affectionately known as the “Pumpkin Patch” and later in 2018, the new barn was completed and the first weddings were held on site. In 2025, Cathy and Tom sold the wedding venue and 94 acre farm to Kim and Tim Tormey.
